Sam Vossen

Hey, I'm Sam Vossen — junior Information Systems major at Elizabethtown College. I'm into server management, cybersecurity, data systems, and environmental science. I've built stuff ranging from a 2D platformer in Godot to a full home lab running on Proxmox.

Outside of class I'm usually reading, gaming, lifting, managing my aquarium, or messing around with whatever mini or major project has my attention.

Honestly though, my real interest isn't sitting behind a desk. I want field-deployed IT work — data systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity. I want to support environmental and ocean science research and help save the Earth.

I want to be the tech backbone for missions out in the field. Out in the wild, not stuck in an office.
