	Collaborate on design, implementation, debugging, and quality assurance for Assure Threat Monitoring systems and devices. Support, trouble-shoot, automate, document and improve Assure Threat Monitoring systems and devices. Maintain, upgrade and improve Linux development and testing physical and virtual environments, including system administration tasks. Write, edit, update and improve internal tools and documentation. Facilitate configuration and code retention/revision control and documentation. Provide Perl/bash scripting automation and support to other teams as needed.
2014 to 2015	Senior Systems Engineer, for Silent Circle, Washington DC.
(Silent Circle acquired SGP)	Support, automate and improve various IT systems for the global customer service operation, IT and Engineering. Write or update and improve internal documentation for customer service, IT and other groups. Assist with general IT operations spanning several world-wide data-centers using ESXi and Ganeti/KVM virtualization for CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu hosts and Ansible configuration. Provide Perl/bash scripting automation and support.
2014 to 2015	Director, Customer Support, for SGP Technologies SA, Washington DC.
	Design and build a customer support operation to support the world-wide rollout of Blackphone. Write the majority of the initial support content and edit the rest.
2005 to 2014	Senior Security Engineer for BT Global Services (Sensor & Platform Eng.), Santa Clara, CA.
(BT acquired Counterpane)	Deliver custom "platforms" (Red Hat/CentOS Linux appliances) for managed log monitoring, retention and IDS. Improve process, automation and documentation for all aspects of "Platform Delivery." Implement robust automated and semi-automated "signature" update and deployment systems. Collaborate on design, debugging, quality assurance, trouble-shooting and training/mentoring. Maintain, upgrade and improve Linux development and testing physical and virtual environments, including system admin. Provide Perl/bash scripting automation and support. Facilitate code retention/revision control (CVS, SVN) and documentation (Mediawiki).
2002 to 2005	Integration Manager for Counterpane Internet Security, Cupertino, CA.
	Responsible for managing integration of customer network into Counterpane's managed security monitoring (MSM) service, including coordinating resources as needed to ensure success. Responsible for customer satisfaction and realization of the value of the MSM service. Develop, document and update the Integration Methodology. Perform ad hoc research and testing as needed to investigate new threats and to facilitate integration of unique customer environments into Counterpane's monitoring service.
